This is an exclusive Norman Seeff print of Glen Campbell in Lake Tahoe in 1978. 

 “I had seen photographs of Glen and was a bit nervous,” Seeff recalls. “I was thinking, ‘OK, this guy looks really conservative.’ There was a lot of separation between the world of rock—my world—and the world of country.” Those concerns fell away when they met and established an instant rapport. “Glen was very hip, quite different from the images I had seen,” says Seeff. “We spent time hanging out. I watched him in rehearsals. I ended up really liking him.” The feeling was mutual, and Campbell ended up letting his hair down—literally. “Country artists were using lots of hairspray at the time,” says Seeff, “to the point it looked like they were wearing helmets. I said, ‘Glen, let’s wash out that crap—blow out your hair and loosen it up.’ He really went for it.”
